1. Scope
Nekomata Research Ltd., a Pennsylvania limited liability company, operates this website and beta-interest program. This policy describes information handled through the marketing site, email signup and related communications for our initial US offering.
2. Information we collect and use
Email signup. The form requests your email address. We use it to record your interest, send beta invitations and related updates, and manage communications. If you contact us, we also receive the contents of your correspondence. We may keep delivery, unsubscribe and request records needed to administer those communications.
Website activity. Website infrastructure and analytics tools may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, interactions, cookie or similar identifiers and approximate location derived from technical information. We use website information to measure visits and engagement, improve the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. This information is not necessarily anonymous.
Please do not submit sensitive information or another person’s personal information through the beta-interest signup.
3. Analytics and tracking
We use Google Analytics and Meta measurement tools, including tracking technologies where enabled, to understand website activity and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize a browser or device and receive information when you visit or interact with the site.
Information received may include your IP address, browser and device details, page addresses, referring links, timestamps, cookie identifiers, page views, button clicks and signup-related events.
Where enabled, Meta may also receive a hashed version of an email address you provide for measurement and matching purposes. Hashing does not make that information anonymous.
Google and Meta may combine information received through their tools with information from their own services or other sources. Depending on the features and settings in use, they may use it for analytics, attribution, audience measurement, advertising personalization and improvement of their services, subject to their policies and applicable agreements. We do not control every aspect of their subsequent processing.

Where these disclosures constitute a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising under applicable law, the corresponding rights apply even if we receive no payment for the information. Contact [email protected] to exercise applicable rights as described in section 6. Collection and disclosure remain subject to legally required consent and opt-out choices.
You can use browser settings to limit cookies and review Google’s and Meta’s privacy controls. These controls do not necessarily stop all server-side processing or replace any site-specific choice required by law.
Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. DNT is distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. We process those signals where required by applicable law. Any legally required consent or opt-out applies independently of joining the beta-interest list.
4. Providers and other disclosures
We use Cloudflare for website infrastructure and Brevo for email delivery, as well as Google and Meta for the tools described above. These providers receive information relevant to their functions, which may include website technical data, email addresses and delivery records. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the providers operate.
We may disclose information at your direction; to comply with law or legal process; to address fraud, security incidents or threats to rights and safety; or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.
We do not rent or sell the beta-interest email list as a mailing list for other businesses to contact you. Analytics and advertising-related disclosures, including matching where enabled, are described separately in section 3.
5. Retention
We do not set an automatic expiration date for beta-interest email addresses. We may retain them indefinitely to maintain the interest list and contact you about the program, subject to applicable legal retention limits and valid deletion requests.
Website logs and analytics records follow the applicable service settings and operational requirements; this policy does not promise that providers retain every record indefinitely.
We may retain limited records to honor an unsubscribe request, address security issues, document requests and comply with legal obligations. Unsubscribing stops promotional messages but does not itself delete every record.
6. Choices and requests
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the message’s unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected]. We may still send necessary responses to requests you make or legally required notices.
Email [email protected] to update your information, withdraw your beta interest or make a privacy request. Depending on applicable law, your rights may include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, withdrawal of consent, an opt-out of covered sale or sharing or targeted advertising, and an appeal.
We may reasonably verify identity or an agent’s authority. We handle requests within applicable legal deadlines and explain applicable exceptions. Send an appeal to the same address identifying the decision you wish us to review. This email process does not replace an additional browser-signal or website mechanism where the law requires one.
7. Security, age and changes
We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no system or transmission is completely secure.
The beta-interest program is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the interest form. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
We may update this policy and its date as practices change. We provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Posting an update does not by itself authorize a materially different use of previously collected information.
